Formed of representatives of students and different higher education institution components (e.g. international relations officers, service providers).
These are from the selected European University Alliances and other institutions implementing the European Student Card.
They are active on an ad hoc basis depending on the developments of the ESC.
Roles and responsibilities
- support the Project core team by being regularly consulted regarding their business needs (e.g., problems in the use of the card, new services offered, etc.) and potential improvements of the ESC
- participate in working sessions to define improvements
Coordination and reporting mechanisms
ESC Business Needs forum session (with the Solution provider at least once per improvement phase).
