Spring and summer consultation and training events on navigating Erasmus+ digitalisation
The EWP+ consortium is running a series of national and international events that combine hands-on training with strategic consultations on digitalisation of Erasmus+. Check out the schedule!
As part of this spring's consultation to gather insights from key stakeholders on the digitalisation of Erasmus+ processes, the EWP+ consortium is also running events for International Relations Officers (IROs) and Erasmus coordinators.
These events will integrate practical learning with consultation, equip participants with the skills to implement digital solutions, and encourage dialogue on existing challenges and future opportunities.
Upcoming events
EWP Community Training & Consultation Thessaloniki
Date: 21 May 2025
Location: Thessaloniki, Greece
This event, supported by DG EAC (European Commission) and IKY (Greek State Scholarship’s Foundation), will serve as both a training ground and a consultation forum, empowering institutions to transition smoothly towards digital Erasmus+ processes.
It will focus on
- updates on Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) and European Student Card Initiative (ESCI)
- discussions on the digitalisation of Erasmus+
- hands-on training sessions on implementing digital Learning Agreementss across different systems, including the EWP Dashboard, third-party tools, and in-house solutions
- best practices and insights with EWP Champions and fellow Erasmus+ coordinators
- discussions on the digital transformation of Erasmus+ mobility with a special focus on stakeholders needs, concerns, and ideas related to the next steps of digitalisation of Erasmus+
Registration is open to higher education institutions from Greece and neighbouring countries.

EWP Convention
Date: 17-18 June 2025
Location: University of Warsaw, Poland
At the end of the spring semester, the EWP Convention is the culmination of the EWP+ consultation process. It serves as a high-level conference, bringing together IROs and Erasmus coordinators from across Europe.
This pivotal event will provide an opportunity to
- discuss the progress towards achieving the target of 95% Learning Agreements being digital
- prepare for the large-scale adoption of digital nominations within Erasmus+
- explore the future potential for EWP in the next 2-3 years
- engage in shaping the next generation of Erasmus
The convention will feature expert panels, interactive workshops, user forums, and collaborative hackathons. Attendees will exchange experiences, tackle operational challenges, and contribute to the ongoing digital transformation of Erasmus+.
